WichiTech Industries. Inc. offer's the HB2007E Single Zone Explosion Proof Hot Bonder. P/N F4HB2007E that requires no hoses, either for pressurization of the case or for a venturi to generate vacuum. This Hot Bonder is equal to one half of the F4HB2005E. Tested by an independent laboratory. Dayton T. Brown, the WichiTech Explosion Proof Hot Bonder is in full compliance with NEC for Class I. Division 1 and MIlL-STD-810F hazardous environments operation. WichiTech's HB-2. P/N F4HB2007E is a Single Zone unit with a built-in electric vacuum pump. The HB2007E is capable of operating on 85-265 VAC. 47-440 Hz. Using 400 Hz 115 V generated by the planes engine or APU. The HB2007E becomes a truly portable Hot Bonder capable of being used anywhere at anytime. This is another "first" in the industry of Hot Bonding created by WichiTech and sets us further apart from our competition.

The HB2007E has the standard features of light weight (34 lbs) in the same footprint as our regular HB-2; sunlight readable display (unlike LCD's); built-in storage; Indestructible case; a library that will support 32 cures; free software updates for as long as you own the unit; and a three year warranty. Service and calibration remain at 72 hours turnaround on average.

Additions to the HB2007E are the ability to link to a single PC in realtime operation; built-in vacuum adjustment; and an additional vacuum port. The HB2007E can be operated in either automatic or manual mode.
